    Awesome. It wasn't too long ago that I couldn't do one.

    Hop up so your chin is above the bar, then lower yourself as slowly as you can. "Negatives" (as they're called) will get you stronger faster.

    Hey, not a bad idea! Always wanted one of those things AND a belt fastened coin changer when I was a kid.

    I walk 7 days a week for at least 1 hr. That's a mere 14 people per day - I pass 20 people in 2 minutes of walking. I live in an area with tons of foot traffic and incredibly friendly people. If you don't say "hi" first, they'll say it.

    I know the feeling. After I quit the Rb I went thru a gunshy period where i couldnt function on a message board without worrying about a bunch of cunts coming and talking shit on every thread or post I would make.
